What is your return policy?
Digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-returnable. If something goes wrong (duplicate order, wrong file, technical issue), we’ll fix it—fast.
We’ll replace or refund within 7 days if:
- You received the wrong file or a corrupted link.
- A technical issue prevents use after we’ve had a chance to help (GoodNotes/Notability).
To request help: email info@onepercentcollective.co with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description/screenshot.
If a refund is approved, your license to the file will be revoked.
Processing times
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks/card issuers can take 3–10 business days to post.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.
I didn’t get the email with my download link—what do I do?
No stress! Your link is sent instantly after checkout.
- Check the order page: After payment, the order confirmation page shows a Download button — you can use that anytime.
- Look in other folders: Spam/Junk, Gmail Promotions/Updates, or Outlook Other.
- Search your inbox: look for “One Percent Collective” or “Your digital download is ready.”
- Confirm the email used at checkout: If you used Shop Pay/Apple Pay/PayPal, the link goes to that account’s email.
- Still can’t find it? We’ll resend it. Email info@onepercentcollective.co with your order number and the correct email you want it sent to.
Do you ship internationally?
No shipping needed — your planner is an instant download and available worldwide right after checkout (order page + email link).
